Questions
Where do you deliver?
Anywhere in India. Delivery charges depend on your city and order size, and we tell you the full total before you pay.
How do I pay?
By UPI. Once we confirm your order on WhatsApp, we share our UPI details. Your honey is packed as soon as payment comes through.
Can I get honey delivered regularly?
Yes. Tell us your honey and how often, whether monthly, every two months or every quarter. We message you before each delivery to confirm, and you can pause or change it any time.
What is the difference between Everyday, Signature and Reserve?
All four honeys are raw with nothing added. Everyday (Forest) is the kitchen honey. Signature (Mountain and Himalayan Wild) are honeys named for where they come from. Reserve (Wild) is our rarest honey, available in small quantities. See the collection.
My honey has turned thick and grainy. Is something wrong?
No. Raw honey crystallises naturally over time, especially in cooler weather. Stand the closed jar in warm (not boiling) water for a while and stir, and it will turn smooth again.
How should I store it?
Keep the lid tightly closed and store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. Use a dry spoon. There is no need to refrigerate it.
Can I order gift boxes for an office or event?
Yes. We offer bulk pricing on 10 boxes or more, with gift notes on request. See Diwali Gifting or message us.
Can I buy RabisNest anywhere else?
Some of our honeys are also listed on Amazon India. Ordering on WhatsApp gets you the full range, gift boxes and a real person to talk to.
